Just a heads up, dropped in to get a quart to top off with and I see O'Reilly's is running a sale on Mobil 1 synthetics; $5.49 a quart. Sale is running through the second week of February I believe. Probably a good time to stock up!

It seems to me they ran an online sale similar to this last year and the discount only showed up when you checked out--it just automatically calculated and appeared on the confirmation. You could also pick up at the store with an online confirmation.

I called my local advance auto this morning and they did not know anything about the sale.
I checked with Autozone and they have the 5 quart juga and filter for 30 bucks.

A Rennlist thread some months ago stated that Walmart started carrying Mobil 1 15W-50 in 5 US quart jugs again, yet it isn't listed on their web site.

^^^ True at my nearest WM - I'd been checking for months and thought they'd stopped stocking 15W-50, then late December the shelves were full and I got 8x 5 gallon jugs for $27 each. Stock seems to be very intermittent.

They do carry items in the stores that are not listed on their website.
Saw 5qt jug of Mobil 1 15W-50 yesterday at my local wally land for <$30.

Just went to my local Advance Auto - they had no clue about this. One employee went to the AA site for me and came up empty.

Travis, same with Walmart. Pricing varies across the country on certain items, which I find annoying.
