Haven't posted for a year. Project stalled due to racing season... and work... and life. The usual.
Anyway, back at it. Pics below include a better look at sectioned seat mounts, moving battery to passenger footwell, and have begun change to hydraulic brake system (rather than vacuum assist), 996 Cup ABS, and electric P/S. Also fabbing and mounting various plates to cover firewall gaps and sorting out unnecessary wiring harness bits, ugh. Having some new wing uprights cut, will post when done.
8 years almost to the day since this thread started. Nice to see the car is still alive! Still have a picture somewhere of me driving it at Roebling Road way back when Rob owned it.
if you are selling the old uprights or the shop wants to cut extra new uprights for sale please post about it.
I would be interested in better uprights than currently using and have the getty 3,8 rsr wing base.
