Pictures from a great trip to Monterey...
Just starting to come down from the high of being immersed in the amazing surrounds of the Monterey Peninsula – withdrawal symptoms likely to kick in soon…. Such an amazing series of events, sights, sounds & scenery – I’ll never tire of making the trip. For anyone that still has this trip on their bucket list, get it crossed off soon!
We flew in to SNA on Wednesday evening & met up with our friends at Crevier (amazing storage facility) early Thursday morning to convoy north. I’m lucky to have a very good friend in Newport Beach that owns an incredible selection of cars – we had to slum it in an Aston DBS Volante….. Other cars in the convoy included a few Ferrari’s (599/430 Scud/430 Scud Spyder), a Rolls Phantom Drophead, 997tts cab & an M3 (just arrived following European delivery).
Here’s a selection of pictures taken at the various events we attended – most were taken with my phone, so quality isn’t great… Enjoy!

Heading back to SoCal on Monday morning through Carmel Valley out to G-16 (what a road) and C58 to Bakersfield.
Oops… This is where the 11-99 membership really pays off!

Three Wheelin'
That weekend is unlike any other in the world. With all due respect to events like Goodwood, Amelia Island, etc., the Monterey weekend is the ultimate combination of concours, auctions and historic racing all wrapped in a weather and scenery (including cars and people) package that can't be beat. For those who have never gone it is should be on your list for sure.
