I'm not sure...that effect can be done using a tilt/shift lens but the surface is suspect
I'm waiting to hear what Jaegar says.
If it's a model and Jaegar has fooled the judges then IMHO
to him.

Congrats, Jaeger! I'm a big tilt shift fan.
I didn't realize that it was a model but thought the photo had to be of Fikse wheels or something with Fikses. Doesn't make a difference to me since I didn't participate.

btw, I just picked up a Fujifilm XPro 1 and love it. Macro lens is next so I can win next year by photographing the bug on the windshield that I killed, fast.
