OT: Does anyone here ride? Picked up an RC30...
Hey guys,
Wondering if this bike holds a special place in the hearts of any other 993 owners. Same decade, same unique blend of beauty and performance. Limited production numbers and both the pinnacle of each respective brand, at least in the looks category
This one is a 1990 RC30 with 4,500 miles - titanium connecting rods, 12,500 redline and all.

That is one fabulous bike. Very rare, very potent and very beautiful. I have been riding for 50 years and you will find many other riders here. I love my Ducati GT, had one when they were new as my only transportation. As to your RC30, I doubt you will have any investment that will increase iin value like it will in the next 10-15 years. Good for you and stay off your head.....Chris

Nice bike and low miles! I had an RC51 for a few years and still to this day, that was my favorite bike. Ping Kiesan if you have any questions regarding rare bikes and i am sure he may have some goodies for your RC30.

Kevin, that is one VERY sweet RC30. Been looking for one for my collection for years. Lots of folks here ride as well, did someone say Duc GT? I am the second owner of this sweet ride. Has taken me about 2 years of resto work (and $$$) to get it to this point...

Incredible looking bike! This is one of my all time favorite motorcycles. I drooled over these in my younger days but by the time I could afford one, I was starting a family so that idea didn't go well with the mrs. I would love to ride again one of these but not sure my back can take it

Someday perhaps I'll swing an RC30, but they aren't getting any cheaper or easier to find so perhaps I had ought to get on with that...
Enjoy the ride, it's an incredible piece of kit.

Oh man, those vintage bikes are so cool! Would love to pick up an older Duc.
I used to ride a lot when I was younger but now with a family, I can't see myself putting many miles at all on this RC. It's always been the bike of my dreams and a real mechanical jewel at the time and when I found a pristine example I had to jump on it. It shares a garage space with the RUF.
Something really interesting and cool about the sounds of these Honda V4's...

Very, very nice. I bought a Hurricane (F1?) in'87 and by '89 was into track riding and the RC30 was just too nice for the track. Plus, it was pricey. But, undeniably, was/is a beautiful bike. You'll love seeing it every day in the garage.

A very good catch for any motorcyclist's collection.
I bought a Suzuki RG 500 Gamma in 1986. It was a very close copy of the track version in many aspects and certainly far more than the Yamaha RZ 500 or Honda NS 400.
