Price check: 95 coupe / 54k miles
About to put my 95 993 up for sale. I have baby number 2&3 on the way and need a car with space!
What do you guy think it is worth?
1995 Carrera 4
Midnight Blue / Marble Grey interior (grey carpet)
54k miles
Coupe
Manual
100% stock (except for stereo head unit)
Have all records and books. I even have the original sales brochure and 1994 Road and Track reviewing the car.
The Story:
I bought it 7 years ago with 24k miles on it from the original owner. It is my daily driver. I have been pretty **** on the mechanics but it is NOT a garage queen from the exterior. I drive it in the rain, the snow, the heat and the cold. It has a few rock chips and one wheel has a slight wheel rash.
All services up to date. New brake pads and rotors 7k ago. No engine issues. All known issues have been taken care of.
Thoughts?

This was exactly the type of car I was looking for when I was in the market. $35 seems like a good place to start depending on how far on the way from 'garage queen' to 'beater' it is.
I would get that wheel fixed. It'll cost $100 or maybe a bit more, be done in a couple of hours and then you never have to caveat it again.

There is a thread at the top of this forum on pricing based on actual sales. Why not use it or maybe it is fun to dream instead.

Highly speculative with no pictures. I'd say low 30's - like 31,500 assuming its not a basket case, to maybe 35k. There are awesome, top notch examples out there listing for low 40,s that can be purchased in the high 30s -it all depends on how fast you need the cash

$30k would be a steal with 54k unless it needs a bunch of work (like a top end). No upgrades like suspension and wheels is a bit of a negative.
