Dan, I've been working SLOWLY... kinda annoying. I really wanna get it done for Hershey and possibly SoWo if I can find a couch to sleep on You got plans this weekend? It's supposed to be between 50-60F and mostly sunny... if you wanna come up, I should have a few things lined up to complete. Gotta pick up some hardware from the dealer friday.
Wish I could this weekend, gotta help the family move some stuff from my grandparents house. Sucks, because the pca of potomac is having an autocross at the bowie baysox stadium I wanted to check out.

Thanks Ya'allz...
I made some progress this weekend. Not a ton due to work and some other stuff..
ran into a problem when I noticed one of the aux injectors resting on the cruise control module thus not allowing the manifold to be seated flush down into the intake boots. Ultimately I am doing a fully programmable ECU w/ larger main injectors and I'll be able to ditch the 7th/8th injector setup and UniChip stuff but until then, I just yanked the cruise control so that'll sit on the sidelines for now.
I got the valve covers installed, the oil temp sensor, oil pressure sender, 12 plugs, new Beru wire set, new caps and rotors, bolted up the majority of the SC stuff, got cold and came in the house Heres some pics...
Still got some under carriage cleaning to do...
Still have to mod the PS pump brace but no biggie...
Mirror shot showing interference with drivers side additional injector and cruise control module.
All empty with no cruise control module or secondary air crap...
meat & potatoes...
potatoes & meat...
Havent put the wire holder clips on yet... soon

Three Wheelin'
Toddster,
See if there is someone near you with the TPC SC and that they would give you a ride.
I think that if you experience the power, etc... you would not turn back.
SC, SC, SC...

Looking good. I did a lot of "while I am in there, I may as well change this". Mine is done, but need to solve a stalling issue when the clutch is pressed in. I have some ideas I will work on. Will continue to modify and adjust the install over time (example is my water pump for the intercooler, need a better location for it).
If you need anything for the install, let me know. I have all the instructions for the kit.
The only special tool that was needed was to take off the crank pulley. I ended up buying one and also loaned it to Kyle for his install.
Good luck.
