996 CupCar is here....

For those that have expressed an interest in my 993 it is a bit up in the air right now as my wife and son have expressed an interest in DE. I will be putting the TT motor in(received it Thu... ). After we figure out what we are going to do with the car(sell, keep, race, DE etc...) I will post a full list of items available. One thing for sure is the 3.8 motor will be sold. I also will sell the 17k,LSD, 2wd stock gearbox I have. I am sorry for the confusion but am honestly excited that my wife and son want to pursue this! If any of You have or know of a 2 car trailer for sale please let me know. Many thanks again to all my friends in this community. John D or Jen if you can please contact me with my member info so I can post pics, also would like to speak with either one of You regarding being a Rennlist sponsor.

That cup car looks great. What fun! Will you race it "as shown", or will you redecorate it? I must say, however, that having two Porsche track cars is way over the edge. Viperbob may have to share his HWFM Racing "Team Lunatic" title with you. Anyway... good luck.

Yup, saw Glen's new car yesterday morning. You know how you know that you'll never, never, ever sell you beloved 993? Fuggit 'bout it.
I didn't tell you yesterday Glen, but I will be owning that car in about 6 years so take care of my baby!
Anyways, I at least was the first to get the spoils from the "beater" 993 racecar. Thanks again, Glen.

Congratulations....I have been following this 'upgrade' and it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. And, now I know all the inside scoop about that 993 and why it turns in differently than mine at TWS 7.......I kept trying it your way and just kept on going....straight!

It looks great! Man, that was quick! I talked to Pete a few days ago & he said they were picking it up. He's trying to get a Donzi down here from NJ for me right now. Shipping boats is a real pain in the tail!
I think I have talked my friend with the ZO6 into a 993 Supercup so maybe I will have some GTC2 competition around here. All I'll be seeing of you now are your tail lights
Let me know when you are taking her out for a shake down run.
Driving TMS last night in the dark was a hoot! It really gets dark when you turn into the infield
I got some good video. Again, congrats on the new toy!
