Default My awesome new car stereo solution

After much careless research and deliberation, the kind specialists at Goodwill Industries sourced me a vintage and none too shabby car audio system solution. Is $12 a good deal?

It is modular, portable and allows me to play all types of media including cassette but excluding 8 track with its nifty Aux in/out feature. It is lightweight and proven to be durable over time.

It is shock mounted and even has an EQ to compensate for the metallic treble that is the go to frequency of my interior.

The install was easy and easily reversible!

Next mods:

•color match suspension cords(aka bungees)
•paint match to interior
•clean tape heads

Life is good.

Never gonna pass tech inspection without a downhaul. I'd suggest another bungee.

I'd venture to separate the speakers and zip tie them to each leg of the cage to enhance separation.

That boom box will go boom when it hits your head at the first turn. Nice Tartan though

The box is held in place top and bottom. It does not move at all. Fine Italian-American engineering

Nothing I could say would ever be as good as the Wayne's World gif.

Shut it down boys... Curve Lover won this one.
