Parking Anxiety is back

I love how the other car folded their mirrors in. As in they care enough about their own car to not want it damaged, then park the car like utter sh*t with no regard to your car

It's automatic on the Hyundai when you lock the doors with the fob. I know the guy and he lives life with blinders on aka clueless to anything outside of his little zone.
That's what makes it even worse is I know the guy driving it is a clueless type!

Next time sprinkle bird seed all around his car, and go park someplace else.

That's the kind of stuff I want to do! But don't b/c I'd hate for the other shoe to drop!
When I first moved into this office I had a better parking place, but no one respects 'unassigned' parking spots and all the phone support guys park there since they start at 6:30am.
Tomorrow when I drive my truck I'm going to park the same way right next to his driver door (probably like 6" away).

he probably felt like you gave him extra room so he could make sure nothing happened to his Hyundai on the OTHER side. people are clueless and i mean that in the most literal way. it is absolutely beyond belief at times - it's horrible here in Dallas (imo).

I always snap quick pics of adjacent cars plates. Hit & Runs (especially p-lots) have skyrocketed. At least I'll have a plate to start with. Fortunately, I don't really have to park in sketchy places much. I will search and wait for an end spot, then back in sucking up to the edge as far away from adj spot.

Back-in parking!! I also as why!?!
So I stopped and asked someone who was doing it. His comment was "After almost getting hit while backing out of a parking space, I figured I can see better when I pull out and not get hit!"
Makes sense to me, but I am still a "Straight in" person!

Why? Simple, you either have to back in or back out. When backing in you have all your bearings visible, the rear overhang is shorter than the front, I can get further back and lessen the chance of a sideswipe from the swing when other mutants park or leave. Also, I use my mirrors to set it up perfectly, pulling in ya can't. Backing out of a stall is a bigger risk. Especially nowadays as it's "uncommon sense/courtesy". People drive way to fast in p-lots.
My question would be why does it irritate you so?
