View from the Desk
Thought it might be interesting to see varying views from the desk in this Forum, wherever your "desk" may be. Here's a shot from my desk in Boston.

You're doing it wrong. Take a picture of your computer looking at YOUR post, that has a picture of your computer looking at YOUR post, that has a picture of your computer looking at YOUR post, that has a picture of your computer looking at YOUR post, that has a picture of your computer looking at YOUR post, that has a picture of your computer looking at YOUR post, that has a picture of your computer looking at YOUR post,

Sure, I'll play.
Well, one's more of a view of the desk. The other the most relevant view from the desk. I guess there's a window, but I never look there!
Bad time of day - sorry about the reflections in the glass...

Quite depressing, cold concrete, steel and glass. I do get sunlight for a few minutes when the sun is just right and reflects off the glass of that hotel. I think I'll copy then enlarge Foxman's view and cover my view of the New London on 54th st. Manhattan.

Home Office View
Not much green yet outside the windows yet, last year it was soybeans across the street, so expect corn this year. Someday homes or condos I suspect.
But a blue sky day here in fly over land with sunshine streaming in.
Home office (and garage) is the only room I get to "decorate"

Here's a pic of my old digs for 15+ years - 44th & Lex, across from Grand Central. You can see the Chrysler building in the background. Used to be able to see the WTC as well...
And below is the new space, just moved in a few months ago, still settling down. Somehow it feels just a tad more open, hehe... I can see more trees from my window now than a from a penthouse along Central Park, along with the GWB and the NJ Palisades. It's still in Manhattan and a 20 minute walk from my apartment so I can bring my dog on nice days. All of that at 1/3 the rent I was paying in Midtown. Lunch options are definitely NOT as good as before but on the flip side I was able to squeeze in a couch in my office
BTW, there was a long thread on this in the OT a few years back.
