I couldn't decide where to post this, but since I own a 993 and this involves a very special 993, I figured this would be as good a place as any.
A close friend of mine has always collected sports cars: Porsche, Corvette, Ferrari, Vipers, Lamborghinis, etc., but a few years ago, he began collecting factory RUF cars. He has now amassed a stable of five such cars, all with true W09 VINs, and for the first time ever, he brought them all out for a quick photoshoot the other day. I have shared this with my C&C group in North Jersey, so I'm sure some of you will enjoy this too. We didn't have the best conditions for a photoshoot, but it was a fun time.
What's the best way to find Rufs for sale? Not sure what version, but always liked everyone I've seen.
One thing, maybe 10 years or so ago I saw a Ruf 911 at a Highline dealer in Seattle, but seemed to be only cosmetic add ons vs the real deal. I think there was a distributor in Vancouver BC - no more.
