Default Varioram - parts numbers

I need to rebuild / replace the seals in my Varioram, but need some help on parts numbers - I have the 993 parts manual and the 993 shop manual - The Parts Manual I have has a large overview of the Varioram and parts with numbers but it does not show enough detail of the flap housings and internal picture of the flap housings to give a detail of the small seals needed.
The Shop manual has a detail break down and list the parts - but does not have the part numbers listed.
I need the part numbers for all the seals that go one the flaps and the internal seal rings.
If you have rebuilt your Varioram and have these numbers handy sure would appreciate. As well as any other part numbers that you think I need to replace.
Have an oil drop on the bottom flap, so know that is bad - figured I would repair replace whats need while I m in there. Thanks -
Can send pictures if needed

I went through this two years ago. They aren't available as separate parts from my research with Sunset. You have to a) purchase used or new unit or b) find a replacement. Good luck!

See pages 2 and 3 of this thread for part numbers on flapper seals, also Paul902 has a diy on page 3:

Per kmass993, sounds like the trumpet seals are NLA - so hopefully those are still ok in your varioram. But the flapper seals are available, albeit some of them not from porsche.

Oil drop is normal as oil is present as vapor in the manifold. Clean it off on the exterior if you must but don't expect the underside actuator to stay perfectly dry, even a new one.

You can fix that very common leak with an o-ring that costs a few dollars (do a search), and you certainly don't have to take the varioram manifold apart to do it. You just have to wrangle that one solenoid out of the manifold.

The Wheeler Dealer episode with the 993 Targa had Mike Brewer removing the varioram and showing how the internals worked if anyone tackling this needs further insight.

Video is blocked in US. Strange - remember watching that show though. Help me understand VRAM operation better.

You sure it's toast? Very rare have these failed. You car should be eager at 5-7 RPM. Micro Boost feeling.
