Don't worry about the size of your exhaust... some of us are just bigger that's all... It may comfort you to know that they say size doesn't matter... don't know if that's true cause I'm huge!

It is the first time in history that a modified car wins the 1st Prize of the Concours d'Elegance at the Porsche Paradise
At the 15th edition, 500 Porsches from all Europe were coming to Saint Tropez
25 cars were selected for the contest in the Modern category
And a RUF won!
The examiners were very very competent on all Porsche models and they looked at every smallest detail
The turboR got 5/5 on many chapters
I put this story on the thread, because it is an acknowledgment of the quality of RUF production
I thought that all of us RufAholics would be happy to know that our cars are well appreciated

RedRufBTR - I have a 1986 Ruf BTR Second Owner, the conversion was done at the factory in 86 and imported by Unicorn in upstate NY. Includes 3.4 BTR Engine etc, Ruf 5 Spd Trans, Front Oil Cooler, Guages, Pedals, Recaro Seats, leather interior bits, Brakes, Suspension and wheels.
I don't regularly monitor the 993 Turbo List but this thread caught my eye.

According to "The List", there are 8 Turbo Rs in California, counting Brian, and I'm not sure if his car is here or there. In addition, there is Pong's BTR, and a few R Turbos. Everyone is free to do their own count, and correct me if I am wrong (which happens more frequently than I care to admit).
I drove a GT3, and loved it. Not enough to take me out of Rufus, but one hell of a ride!
