I've been traveling like a mad man and the car is in the shop for a few items as we speak but I'll make a long post about the build I did this winter. ALL of it besides the paint was done in my garage over the winter so it makes for a good story. A friend who's an amazing photographer said he'd take some pic's of it when its ready (i've secretly been avoiding posting pics until my BBS motorsports arrived)

I know it's very expensive, but does anyone know the details of the Ruf roll bar set up?

Funny Spatan, a friend and I were just discussing your car a couple of days ago. My comment was that I had not seen any pics and wondered how the build was going... How about done and been to the track already!!

Looks great & can't wait for the post w/pics!

Vhanzon,

Still working on it...seems like its gona take much longer than anticipated. Some parts been difficult to get hold of from Porsche, others await production/delivery date...and on and on. Never thought interior work on a car can be much much more difficult and time consuming than mechanical work, which is quite simple and straight forward.

As one Porsche guy put it today..."looks like a never ending saga"...

HOPE all works out WELL in the end!

BTW: I am not doing anything on the exterior (side flares, front/rear spoilers). Think the current factory installed spoilers, side scoops (air-intakes) are quite nice as they are (fr time being, at least).

I agree, your car looks really nice with the Turbo S bodykit! Please post up pics of your new interior once done! Which rollcage did you decide to go for in the end?

It takes time I know. But it will be worth the wait! Good luck.

Thanks Vhanzon. Still dead slow job turning out to be. Ref Rollcage. Porsche sport/race division still havent replied to the dealer on thius issue. Far as other parts all majors in, except for RS (i.e. GT2) door panels - no word on production date yet, but expect to be around mid 08/2009.

Cheers.

TAL.

Vhanzon. Just to remind! That Pastel Yellow 993TTS is no longer. Totaled few years ago. My current 993 is TT, not TTS, though it does come with factory installed: side scoops (air intakes), front TTS spoiler.

Be happy to - when time comes - to post pics of this beauty wen all done. Patience is what I need, patience my friend. Cheers.
