if it's OBD boost, isn't it limited to 0.8 bar?

Not after the ECU work. It should read actual. It came with daisy chain wired modules. THe OBD part is just for scanning and reading engine codes without having to plug it in to a scanner. PLX devices sells the gauge standalone you can do it however you want. I preferred this integration.

also the Greddy Profec OLED boost controller I have in the car is capable of delivering very accurate boost readings and that will be on the other side of the steering wheel in the AC vent

Looks great! Not sure I like the VDO being cut in half - when are you going to be installing it?

Pull the bezel off and black out the hacked VDO. You must have got yours done at the same place I did. The only thing I wasn't happy with hack job on the screen cutout. It's an awesome setup BTW. Just installed mine last week.

I think I'm going to change to red faced fvd gauge overlays anyhow. This was a tach from a 964. Not my 993 tach. Overall good machined pocket. Dave made it for me in Georgia.
