So it appears I bought a 996.1 with 73k miles. A little background. This is my 5th 911,i have had 4 Boxsters,3 caymans..I don't keep cars long but my life is a little different now so we will see!
Going through a rather nasty divorce so I sold my 987 Boxster Spyder.A real shame as I loved that car.I have had a 991S and 997S and an 87 3.2 and 95 993,so i have had most but a 996..Unlike others,I like the way it looks.I don't mind the lights.
This car has a ECU tune,air box,and fabspeed exhaust. I am going to add a short shifter and lowering springs..
Because of my current financial situation,I wanted to stay under 25k..So not wanting another Boxster,it was an 06-07 Cayman S that I really like..Had an 07 S and loved it more than the 14 S i had!
OR a 996..i was looking for a speed yellow 02-04 but then this came up..
2000 Black/tan..I paid 19k!!!!
IMS not done but i am not concerned..I will look after it and roll the dice..

Which 911 do you like the most if you had to pick one?

vincent..I have loved all of them.Funny enough my least favorite might be the 991S.although it was the most capable,it was the least fun.
so maybe it would be 997S,3.2,991 and 993 about the same..The 997S was the best one,and I would get another one if I could afford it.
I do look forward to the 996.Will look good lowered and I like having a short shift in these cars.Should be fun.I am rebuilding my life again and
I am lucky to be able to get this car!
