It’s a difficult comparison. They are very different cars. I think the answer to your question depends heavily on what you prioritize in a 911.

I feel like you could pick up the 997 Turbo, have some fun, sell it later on for not much loss. After all that if you feel like the 991 was the one that got away there will be p-l-e-n-t-y on the market for quite some time.

What are the numbers? 493hp compared to 345? Plus anything that starts with "P" and ends with "Turbo" seems to hold value better long term.
