First Porsche 2001 C4 Aero
Purchased on a whim from Japan in early December 2018. Arrived March 2019.
2001 C4 Manual
Aero Cup Kit (not on the option list but genuine Porsche parts)
GT3 Wheels
Black Interior
M030 Sport Suspension
Sunroof Delete
Alcantara Headliner (Z09991 option?)
68,0000 miles
$19,875 USD total cost including purchase price, auction agent fees, shipping, brokerage, duties, out of country inspection and taxes
Using it as my daily driver and loving it so far especially now that I have had the crazy Japanese Nav and radar detector removed (very yelly at me in Japanese). I am well aware of the IMS, RMS, AOS, etc. equaling a POS but remember I paid for it with my money and was happy to do so. I have always loved how the 996.1 GT3 looked and when I realized I could afford to buy a look a like, I had to have it. Not planning on doing anything to the car except drive it with a smile on my face (regular oil changes and any required maintenance as well of course).
If it turns out to be a POS, so be it. Anything that looks that good it is going to be hard to stay mad at.

Are those springs on the headers a cutout? If so, you need to post the sound differential! Never seen that before.

Very nice and congrats. What exhaust tips are those? They look bigger than stock 100mm.
I have a similar car and love it. 2001 C2 Aero Manual in polar silver.

Nice! I love the look of the aero kit. My car is Arctic Silver which from what I have read was a common colour. The exhaust tips came with the car so I am not sure what brand they are but they are aftermarket. The tips are 135 mm at the widest point.

No rush at all, but mind looking to see if there are any markings on them? I was looking to install different tips, like yours, when I change the exhaust to fister. Porsche ones are stupid expensive. Thank you.

I was mistaken, they are a Porsche Part EP 4110. Looked up the cost and yes they are stupid expensive.
