Anybody got a link to a tool from a common auto parts store (Napa, Advance, etc) for a wrench that will fit the filter housing? I'm in the middle of an oil change and can't remove the housing with my hands.
The one I'm looking at is: https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...B&gclsrc=aw.ds
Just want to make sure it's the correct size.
Thanks.

For Napa or any non reusable filter just use these https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-5866-1.../dp/B000NPR33O
Some client cars I can just use my hand too, some I use one of the 30+ filter sockets that I own.
The tool above is similar to what I use on client's cars where some yahoo has over torqued the spin on filter.
On other people's 996es with the OEM housing, I've (carefully) used the above tool too.

As I mentioned a few posts up, the 74mm 15 flute socket was too big for the Napa Gold filters. I can say for certain that this 73mm 15 flute version does work.
