Question Golfing Cab owners, how do you do it?

Are you able to carry your clubs and a pull cart to the course? What bag and cart are you using?

Just shove the bag on the passenger floor between the seat and dash, then throw the cart in the back seat. This works in my coupe so it may not work with a cab.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm guessing in the back seat somehow. Was there ever room for golf bags in the frunk?

Bag in passenger seat like Billup. No pull cart. 2 strap back pack bag for when we don't rent a cart (Sunday morning, executive 9 course)

^^^ This is what I do...or I should say have done (but I don't "shove" the bag into the front seat/floor area - I lay it in very carefully ). I rarely if ever bring my own push cart anymore because my club has them if I want one. Most of the time if I walk I just carry...

Lay the passenger seat back all the way. Clubs and folded cart fits in the seat. I put the seat belt on to keep it from moving around. Not a cab, but i cant imagine it is much different.

With the top down the clubs will fit across the back seat if you pull the Driver & Woods out. I put back seats down to get a flat floor and keep the bag cover over the club heads so they don't scratch the interior. The Driver & Woods fit on the back seat floor diagonally. My pull cart fits in the frunk. My bag just fits under the wind deflector so I just keep them in the car all summer. If you omit the wind screen you can get two bags in the back. I recommend using a bungee to tie top bag to the bottom.

I can get my bag in with the top up or down, seats folded in the back. As mentioned take any of the woods out and fit them somewhere else, they do make more compact push carts as well.

This photo is of my 997 coupe, but I was able to fit 2 sets in my old 996 C4S cab the same way. Lay the bags on the parcel shelf, pull out the woods and lay them on top of the bags. Fits fine.

Half the fun of golfing is driving the carts!

Too cheap to rent a cart?

But, then again, if you've got a cab, why can't you just put the top down and strap your bag and cart into the passenger seat until you get to the links?

Personally, I'd just take my SUV instead of my C4 Cab. LOL!

I never take my 996 when I golf. But then again my bag is huge, old pro style, and I love driving the carts. Those carts let me imagine what nascar might be like if I was a driver.
