Today I received my new Lloyd Mats which came with the female portion of some clips to hold them in place. The Lloyd people must have assumed I have the male portion already in the car (I don't). What would that clip be called and where can I buy some? Thanks.
My Liyod Mats came with the same clips and a bag with the male clips that I think are supposed to be attached to the seat rails.
I didn’t like that setup.
So I ordered some adhesive backed velcro from Amazon and cut it to the same size as the velcro on the OEM mats.
I just cut off the clips and put on the Velcro.
Now they’re secured to the floor just like the factory mats.
The female part is attached to the bottom of the mats. The male part just snaps into the bolts on the rails of the seat. They should have come with a blue instruction card! Maybe they forgot to put them in your box? OR you did not notice them. Call them they will send them. Much better than the velcro pads! back side of mat with female clip
