Wow. Lots going on here. I'm just going to address a few of the earlier questions and offer some advice.
1) Unfortunately (as others have mentioned) the mods you did add no value to the vehicle, with the exception of possibly the fister exhaust - that one is probably a break even maybe slight increase.
2) You mentioned you're not particularly mechanically inclined. Have you had a qualified shop take a look at your engine? If not, I would start there. There's a possibility there isn't anything seriously wrong.
