Default Intro and a nube question on wheels

Hello, I bought a MY1999 911 Cabriolet with 40k mikes. Car checked out good and I would like to get away from the stock wheels. I have been trying to find a place that sells aftermarket wheels, but there is nothing in 17 inch. Several sites indicate 18 inch will fit. So after looking through the DYI section and FAQs my question is can you run 18 or 19 inch wheels on these? I would also appreciate input on where to purchase these. I am located in NC, but I am OK if they have to be shipped from within the country. Thanks for the advice. Lots of good info on here.

These cars had factory options for 18" wheels, there are several OEM versions that would work for your car. You can peruse some the designs available here:

You may run 18" wheels, I have them on my 2002 Cab. If you join the Porsche Club of America, there is an active classified market and you could look there AND sell the 17" wheels if you want. www.pca.org

I had 19s when I bought my car. Dont get 19s, they ride pretty harsh. 18s is the sweet spot. It hard to go wrong with some BBS wheels.
