Default Top 5 Preferred Factory Fitted 996 Options?

Looking to add a 996 to my 997 and 944.
There are plenty out there but I'm struggling to find a car with 3 or 4 of my desired Factory Fitted option. Maybe very few exist. My desired Factory Fitted option, in this order are
XAA
LSD
Sunroof Delete
Hardback Sports Seats
Rarer colour, i.e. mot silver, or black or blue or grey

Optiions I would like but can add later (hopefully) would be M030, sports exhaust.

Anyone got something close?

I don’t think I’ve seen a combination of the ones you’ve listed. There are some variance between .1 and .2 for certain colors and obviously PTS cars would be the extreme. There are some pretty cool cars on here and I haven’t seen another spec like mine:

-Slate
-Carbon interior
-M030

One color that is amazingly rare to see is any variation of white with a black interior. Aero cars command a premium and so would a X51.

You forgot full leather.

Mine has XAA, full leather and ocean blue metallic. I also have the aluminum look gauges which I think adds a nice touch.

I was really happy to find these options on my early build 996:

014- Sports Option Package
that includes ( 030-Sports Suspension
 220-LSD Limited Slip Differential
 375,376-Sports Seats)
408-18" 993 Turbo Technology hollow spoke wheels

Wasn’t looking for an aerokit or a rare color.
And Arctic Silver was my first choice haha.

I do wish the original owner checked the sunroof delete box.
Oh and black interior
WTF was with grey interiors in the 90s?

My top 3 requirements when looking were XAA, 6MT, and sunroof delete, I eventually found one half way around the planet with sport hard back seats and a factory X51 package. It's Artic Silver over black but good luck finding a similar package in any color...it took me years of scouring the interwebs to find it.

Thats a hard car to find for sure.... mine is a factory XAA car and came with painted hardbacks (now has painted Euro GT3 buckets) and was spec'd with lots of nice options when new. To say I was excited when I found it is an understatement! Keep looking, they are out there but sell for a significant premium vs. the 98% of cars that are basic builds in some shade of silver/grey/black. Move FAST if one pops up!

LSD limits you to an early 99, or 40th Anniversary. Don’t think you’ll find a 40th AE with a slicktop, but I think that’s your best bet for what you want.

My “must haves” are:
1. Full leather
2. 3-spoke steering wheel
3. Contrasting interior
4. 6-speed 2wd Coupe
5. Early dual-row 3.4
6. HiFi (not that it’s THAT HiFi, but you need woofers and I don’t like hacking in speakers)
7. Heated Seats (nice to have, not a must)

It's likely I will have to compromise one on of the options, and keep looking, who knows if the right one eventually comes up, I have a decision to make!

Slate is the darker of the grays and Seal would probably be the most common. When I was looking for mine, I really wanted a Slate car. It’s evident how much darker it is when parked next to another shade. It was also a $3,070 dollar option as where the optioned colors.

As a long time Yellow Porsche collector my current heard includes a PTS Ferrari Yellow 1999 with a six speed, three spoke steering wheel with painted hardbacks and yellow stitching , “Yellow is Cool” 😀

I was chatting with my 996.X group about interior packages. I see why the leather option + all the other leather is so expensive(and rare), you had to order all those parts separately. Which got me looking at my window sticker because my car has the full leather option and full carbon interior which adds carbon to the individual parts that you would’ve spec’d individually had you gone the leather route. The more you know.
