Fixed it, it was what @Porschetech3 said. One of the rubber boots that connects the throttle body plenum to the passenger intake manifold wasn't on correctly.

Runs fine now!

I saw this on your picture from the other thread. Where is your brake booster line connected? This may not have anything to do with it not starting.

It's definitely got a "big" vacuum leak....check the rubber boots on the center intake plenums, they always give people problems, also like Brad mentioned, check the power brake booster hose and the adapter to the intake, thee is an o'ring at the intake that can fall out while its disassembled..

Mine was doing this and I got a TB fault code. Unplugged and repligged the TB connector and it fired up.
