Default Spark plug wrench

Planning for a tune up, what should I get for a spark plug wrench so I’m not hating life ?

Recommend watch
on YouTube. They lay out all parts needed.

Did recently, really helps if you have a lift.

If you take the back bumper off (takes minutes), it's easy to do on your back.

I did this, and also removed my mufflers. Enabled me to look straight at the spark plugs, which made it easier to curse them directly.

Well, the video says 2 hours but the comments say 4.5 hours , so I am planning for the worst … I’ve actually watched several videos and I’ve seen various spark plug wrench set ups….

this is why I am asking specifically what is the best and not simply what you cobbled from what tools you already own ..

I just used a standard swivel spark plug socket like this (with an extension):

For the coil packs I bought this set and it worked a treat.

I didn't take anything off for access but I have quickjacks to get the car off the ground. I think whole job took me 2.5 hours from walking into the garage to walking back in the house.

Great tools for removing the old coil packs, however, the new 997 coil packs use a different bolt (10mm I think) and they are super easy to install. I reached in with a small 10mm open end wrench and tightened them up.

Somebody posted these tools years ago, i bought them. To get the old coil packs off: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Kobalt-35-P...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

and the Gearwrench spark plug kit, mine only has three pieces. I've used both tools many times on other cars.
