Rollcage in Cabriolet
I have a 99 C2 cab and was wondering if anyone has installed a rollcage or some other type of device to protect against rollover in their cab?

Isn't the '99 the same as an '02? If so, the roll bars are built into the car. Look behind the rear seats. You will see two oval cut-outs. These are your pop-up roll bars. If the vehicle senses a roll-over, they will automatically deploy. They can also be reset very easily. It's in the manual.

Yes but I would hate to think what my head would look like if I rolled in my cab (g-d forbid!)
I think if you are serious about tracking your cab then an additional more supportive rollcage
is the answer. Also, a proper roll cage would add more rigidity to the car for track purposes.

DAS makes a nice candidate to consider. (I'm considering it as we speak) It bolts in, and costs $995. Go here:
