Where did you have that done? Have checked shops all over LV and best price I can get is around 650. Thanks!

Mine was "under the table" so I am sure it might run a bit more. Who did you get quotes from?

Heya Fasteddie... like a couple of hours tops to remove and re-install (pull off all the trim etc.. so they can paint it). I don't know about paint itself though. That varies a lot around here...

Couple of hours??? Are you kidding? I pulled the bumper off, cleaned out the debris trapped behind the rads, cleaned misc pieces, then reinstalled. And that was the first time I did it. Total time for the entire process was less than an hour!

Heck I can do it in 30minutes.. I'm just saying what a Body Shop would likely charge I pull bumpers on and off daily on 996s but a local body shop likely doesn't have it down to a science and does more camry's, bmw's, mercs etc... Plus they'd have to pull all the clips out get the air damn out etc.. to get it ready for paint. I've pulled my 996 TT front and rear bumpers off in 22minutes but... (and been timed).

Ah.....got it. Didn't realize you were estimating the inflated book time they would charge

22 minutes??? Man, that is slow. No pit crew is gonna come calling for your services

Hehe.. well I should mention that mine is a GT2 front conversion too dammit:P

I'm not a fan of body shops in general and not had much luck with them around here. I was just guesstimating on their part

Oh it is! It is the outside road course at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Here's a pic of me and a 360 having some fun. Check out all the grassy run off areas
