Default Factory Warranty Running out soon, next steps...

Hello,
I have an '02 coupe and its running out of warranty at the end of May. Couple questions...

1) Can i take it to the dealership and ask them to "look for problems" and get anything and everything repaired that I may not even know needs it. Are there certain common repairs for this vehicle that i could list out for them to look for?

2) I've been reading aftermarket warranty posts on Rennlist and it appears that EasyCare is a good package that I can buy directly from the Porsche dealership. I've also heard Warrantech is good - any preferences, ideas, thoughts?

thanks a lot,
Ryan

Best way I can think of is have them do a PPI, as if you were going to buy the car again yourself. Not free, but it's pretty comperehnsive.

Ryan, I did the very same thing in January when mine was running out. I had my local P-Car dealer AND the local indy I do alot of work with both look it over from top to bottom. Both did it gratis!
