Default Oil Changes

Hello,
I just bought a '02 coupe with 29,000 miles on it. How often does this car need oil changes? Any specific types of oil recommended? I assume synthetic but dont know the mixture.

Also, anyone know of good service shops in the Atlanta area for this kind of thing. I'm sure the P dealers charge a lot more for oil changes.

thanks!

I always wonder how people who can't read can come up with the money for nice cars.

Porsche recommends 15,000 miles or two years.

Dell's post says RTFM. I'm guessing by your response about searching through posts you don't know what that means. RTFM stands for Read The F******* Manual

You have to do Mobil 1 and you have to do it every 10k or sooner I recommend.

Is that with 2 g's or is it plural?
