I'd rather not use it. A few years ago I sprayed WD-40 on the electric antenna assembly of a Honda Accord I had, and I didn't do a great job of removing the over spray that fell on where the antenna meets the car's body. It didn't take long for the clear coat to peel off.

I'd rather use Tarminator from Stoner as suggested before.

aerospace 303 is excellent. Used it on an old Corvette which had rubber molding that had turned grey from the elements. Did an outstanding job..Also have used it on the rubber of my 2005 GT3 with equally impressive results.

Goodness, a 2005 already needs to be re-dyed?

I've been pondering the use of Forever Black on some faded spots in my lower storage console, but unsure as to whether the resulting shade will match the rest of the interior plastics.
