Do you mean install new coilovers (lowering?) and bigger wheels? and corner balance? Just not enough info. But if it includes coilover install, fender roll (install new wheels) and alignment and corner balance it's a deal.

Why are you rolling the fenders? Are you planning on putting HUUUUGGGGE whells and tires on it, like 20's? 99% of the time you wont need to roll the fenders with stock wheels or wheels with stock offsets. I actually have 997 19" rims on my car and the rears are 19x11 with a 65 offset. They fit fine with no rolling of the fenders needed. The only time I have seen fenders needed to be rolled is with VERY aggressive offsets, so if you dont plan on that....then you will be fine. Also is that INCLUDING springs? Or is that just labor? If you are lowering a 996, it is NOT recommended to lower with JUST aftermarket springs. The handling is not good, you get a pogo effect, you need a matched set of springs and shocks, or a coilover package....

Can you effectively get more lip on a C2 by rolling the fenders or will you hit brake/suspension components before you hit the fender?

We have had to roll the fenders in the past on some C2/4's that we ran eibach/techart lowering springs, and Techart rims. The rims were just wide enough that we needed to roll them.

$1k is a good price
4 hours to install lowering springs
250-300 for an alignment
The remainder for labor and liability of rolling the fenders.

Mine came rolled from the factory....

If it includes parts that sounds more than fair.

If you have to roll the lips, the wheels are the wrong offset. I run 245/40-18 and 315/30-18 on 18x9 and 18x11 without rolling the lip and the car is set to 24.25" groung to lip front and rear (very low). Adding negative camber will help the handling and help fit the tires.

How big is your rear lip?
