Wheels have not arrived yet. I've been told I'll need longer lugs and 5mm spacers for the rear. I'll be putting them on my narowbody 99 C2 996.

Wheel specs

8" X 19" OFFSET 8/57 front Tire PIRELLI PZERO ROSSO N1. 235/35ZR19 87Y
11" X 19" OFFSET 11/67. rear tire SIZE IS 295/30R19 (100Y)

Dealer wants $13/ea bolt and $75/ea spacer

Any thoughts on the need for new longer bolts and spacers?
Is that the right price?

Dealer is WRONG...How the hell can you get an 11" wheel WITH spacers? Slap the wheels on your car...could he have said you need spacers for the fronts? if so you dont NEED them but it will look a little better.

I agree with Newport996. Assuming that you currently have 8" front wheels with 50mm and 10" wheels on the rear with an offset of 65mm, here are the comparative numbers for your old versus new wheels.

FRONT
Going from: 8" with 50mm offset
Going to: 8" with 57mm offset

Inner clearance will be 7mm LESS
Outer position will RETRACT by 7mm

Since the outside of the front wheels will retract by 7mm, then adding the 5mm spacers will get them close to the current location (2mm less). I WOULD add the front spacers.

REAR
Going from: 10" with 65mm offset
Going to: 11" with 67mm offset

Inner clearance will be 15mm LESS
Outer position will EXTEND an extra 11mm

The only reason I can think of that the dealer might have said you needed rear spacers is to gain some clearance on the inside of the wheel. An additional 5mm will extend the outer side of the wheel a total of 16mm. That is about 3/4 of an inch farther out than your current wheel. IMO, rear spacers are NOT needed.

If you go with the spacers you DO need to use the longer bolts. This is not the place to try to save a few bucks.

Your dealer is an idiot. Christ, you can just look at the offset on the wheels and do the quick math.

While I have 18" Sport Technos, not 19's, they are 8" front and 11" rear, with an offset of 50mm and 63mm respectively. My rears fillout the wheelwells nicely and as long as you don't have inside clearance issues I doubt a difference of 4mm will detract from the appearance. However, I consider my fronts to be a bit deep in the wheelwell, and plan to use 7mm, if not 15mm, spacers to bring them closer to flush with the bodywork. Your offset of 57mm on the front will sink the wheel even further into the wheelwell than mine, which I think would look "wierd". So while you are probably OK without spacers on the rear (assuming no clearance issues), you will probably want at least 7mm, but more likely 15mm spacers on the front.

Having said all of that, I am not an expert on offsets and clearance issues and such. I am just comparing my experience with my own wheels and what I understand of what you are getting.

Spacers on front, none on rear. I recently put the 19's on my 996 as well.

Isn't the 295 going to be a little narrow for the 11" rim?

i.e. not give the edge much sidewall protection?

I went with 315 for the rears, which provides a nice sidewall bead to protect the edge of the rim.

I know there are not many manufacturers out there doing this size tire, so choices are limited right now to 3 or 4 brands.

You can save the money, the wheels need neither spacers or longer bolts. They fit fine. The front wheels will set in about 1/4" closer in, but there is plenty of clearance. The rears will also fit fine and have a correct offset for a narrow body 911 rear.
