Another Pricing Question (w/ Pics)
As some of you know, I've been looking for 'the' car. This is pretty close to it:
2004 C2 Coupe, with 9700 miles, warranty thru 1/2010
Black/Natural Brown Full Leather
Power Seats
Supple Leather
Bose
Xenon
Heated Seats
PSM
18" Lght Carrera Wheels
Sport Exhaust System
Self Dimming Mirrors
Rain Sensor Wipers
Wheel Caps with Colored Crests
Floormats with "Porsche" lettering
I can have all this for the price of $66K thru a dealer. It's a little higher than i wanted to pay, but other than not being Lapis Blue (which brings up another issue), it is my 'perfect car.' Is that too high for that car?
Thanks for any input!

Nice car but a bit on the high side. I don't know if its just me but why would someone, want seats that look like couches (supple leather) in a sport's car??

Guy,
Natural Brown is a hard sell. I agree with above that it is high. For the same price you could have a 2004 40th Anniversary Edition or an 05' Carrera (there are quite a few around in the $60's). I would not go over $60K.

porsche_guy - 16 months ago I purchased a 2004 C2 Coupe with 6,450 miles on the clock for $65,200. Original sticker was $81,175. My car does NOT have PSE, Self-Dimming Mirrors, PSM, or Natural (Full) leather. Below is a complete list of the options on my car:
2004 C2 Coupe
Lapis Blue
Graphite Gray Leather Seats
Power Seats
Supple Leather
Heated Seats
Deviating Carpet in Metropol Blue
Metropol Blue Floor mats with "Porsche" lettering
Bose
Xenon
18" Turbo Look II Wheels
Wheel Caps with Colored Crest
Storage Compartment Lid with Carrera Log
Aluminum Instrument Dials
Aluminum Door Sills with Carrera Logo
Oval Chrome Exhaust Pipes
I would estimate the original sticker on the car you are interested in to be about $86K to $87K. I agree with the others that $66K is too high. In another couple of months it will "officially" be 3 years old. IMO, $60K would be a fair price considering it is CPO, and has PSE and PSM. BTW, where are you located? That can have an impact on the pricing.

Folks -- thanks for all the responses. Much appreciated! Seems like the consensus number is ~$60K for the car... hmmmm....
Tim -- thanks for your post outlining your options/price. Given the similarities in cars, gives more specifics to the consensus opinion... BTW, I'm in SoCal but the car's across the country... so that's another $2K in shipping on top of the $66K...
Additional responses still welcome and appreciated. Thanks again.

By the way, the car looks nice, but I'm not a fan of the brownish interior
