Okay, other thoughts on logistics. I'll repost these closer to the time, but wanted to get them out there so others can add to the list if I miss anything.

i) Arrive with a full tank of gas. There is a gas station in Lambertville, but I don't know if it's open early on a Sunday (maybe someone can comment), so you should fill up somewhere on the home stretch close to Lambertville.
ii) If you have 2 way radios, bring them, as we'll have them and can all tune into the same channel.
iii) Arriving early is good. Looks like we'll have a good turnout, so getting there early gives you time to grab a coffee and donut from the coffee shop around the corner on Bridge street and stand around talking with others and admiring the cars. I aim to be there nice and early.
iv) bring a camera and take lots of photos. I think I'll also be rigging my camcorder into the car to enjoy the ride.
v) If you have a map that covers upper bucks county, PA, then it will not hurt to bring it. The directions we've pulled together (I think) are pretty good, but on the off-chance that you get separated it will be good to have members of the group with maps.
vii) With this being a large group we may (as mentioned in an earlier post), depending upon final numbers, split the group into two and have them run in opposite directions in order to allow for less bunching and a more enjoyable ride.
viii) The route is designed with fast stretches, as well as slower (windy) fun stretches. These speed differences will naturally spread out the group and allow you space to have fun. The run can be done without a navigator if you stay close to a car with a navigator, but it's best to have someone in the car directing, as I'd hate to see anyone get lost.
ix) The PCA is kindly sponsoring this run, so please come and find me (you know the car by now) when you arrive and sign in. This will get you a copy of the route and have you sign a PCA waiver that covers the organizers in case something bad happens.
x) Have fun, but be careful with your speed until we get out of Lamberville. It is a 25 mph zone until we get out of town and the police do sit there with radar - don't worry, we'll be out of town in a few minutes and I'd hate for us to get a police escort up to the NJ border.

Did I miss anything?

yeah, that's one thing I cannot control.

Tony, do you fancy running the opposite direction from me if we have to split into two groups?

Mac,
No problem but I will probably not have a navigator unless the guy that "can't drive in PA' show up and navigates for me.

Cool! I think that between you and Nolan we'll be covered on the reverse direction if we need it.

Thanks!

LOL...I decided to randomly check this thread and I suppose that person referred is me.

My driving privledges might be OK again by April 15th but it's cutting it close. We'll see. I'd love to be able to come with my 996.

Yup, Tony was referring to you. I was going to drop you a note to make sure that you knew and hooked up with him. It would be great to have you along.

Took a ride down there today for a bite to eat. I'm a bit concerned with the space in the lot (or lack thereof actually). Logistically, getting in and out of that lot might also be a bit of a challenge.

All doable but possibly quite challenging. The pic below shows the lot at near capacity with about 45 cars.

BTW, who owns the black cab I saw today parked in the driveway across from the parking lot exit?
