there are a few 996 owners here in NJ, including myself.
anyone wants to get together for the PSE mode?
either MK-I(3.4) or MK-II

i am thinking the following:

1. Get the hardware (pipes)
2. meet somewhere (parking lot of muffler-shop's place )
3. help each other take down the pipe and have the muffler-shop do the mod
4. put it back on, take some video and put it on youtube!

i figure it's going to be some time in april when weather permits doing work out side.

dominick, i am more interested in getting those PSE mod, not a whole factory PSE upgrade, which is more involved than just uninstall/reinstall muffler and pipes. but you are welcome to check it out, and as always when you see the final result you will be convenced to do the same mod on the spot!

Might be fun just for the sake of getting together . I have a 3.4...so PSE mod supposedly doesn't make that huge a difference.

How about that partial bypass mod that was in that other thread?

Off topic a bit but would any of you NJ guys want to meet up locally when it gets a bit warmer out? Paul, I think you listed somewhere you're from the edison area so that's not too far from me...I'm currently in the Somerville area.

Any interest with you NJ folks to either meet around Bridegwater mall or Menlo Park mall one day?

Amir, it probably WILL make a difference if you do the MK I type mod on your 3.4L cans or do "Waynesworld" version of the MK I mod.
