Shiny dashboards and other disgusting issues
Sports Fans
I just dislike the shiny look of a dashboard that has just been treated with Armorall or similar products. Is there a product that cleans, protects, and offers a matt finish. Many thanks.

I've never had a problem with Armourall.

Zaino has a great product for the dash. Don't quite recall the Zaino number, but search should help you.

In the concours forum, in the past they've suggested 1 part woolite to 5 parts water IIRC to remove that gunk. Works well.

Dry chemical fire extinguishers work great for getting rid of that shiny finish on your dashboard.

I use Lexol products. It will give you a clean, matte finish. No 1980's Armor-All looking shiny dashboard here!

I use Poorboy's Natural Look Dressing...it's specifically made to not give that shiny look.
