Default Car Cover

Does anybody have a recommendation for a good (and hopefully reasonable priced) car cover. Is for indoor use only... basically to protect my car from dust, etc for when I don't drive it.

You'll cause more scratches putting it on and off that any amount of dust will.

Dutchie,
I've had good luck both on eBay and shopping direct through CoverCraft. CoverCraft has an outlet store and occasional overruns on sale. I really like their Technalon for indoor use. It is thick enough to protect from minor mishaps and will work as an outdoor cover in a pinch. (It is water resistant, not water proof.) To me the custom fit feature was never important.

Either using eBay or the CoverCraft outlet requires some patience, but can provide some good buys.

The interior OEM from Porsche is less than $100 from Sunset as I recall.

Dutchie,

I had the oem cover from sunset and hated it. It really doesnt feel very soft. The Satin Stretch mentioned above is awesome. I think it is the best indoor cover for the money. Looks great on the car too. Lots of colors to choose from

A couple of years ago, got a custom cut, plain cotton cover from CarCoversDirect for the garage & sunny days at work where the car would have sat out and baked all day. Not too tight, reducing the chance of scratches. Had tried Evolution 3 & others in the past, but they are often so bulky, they are hard to take with you in the car. $134 was not the cheapest, but is well made; nice material.
