Does your passenger seat vibrate/shake at idle?
If no one is sitting in my passenger seat while the car is idling, the seat will slightly vibrate and shake - this is especially noticeable on the seat back and the seat belt buckle. The whole car slightly vibrates at idle, including my seat, but it doesn't shake because it has my fat butt in it.
In fact I notice that my idle isn't butter smooth, and that it "searches" about 50 RPM up or down. It started doing this after the EvoMS intake was installed, which I attribute to the removal of the air-straightener for the MAF. My car is also GIAC chipped, but they didn't change the idle at all.
Perhaps this is just normal? It's not annoying, just seems slightly unrefined. I highly doubt my MAF is bad, as the car only has 16,000 miles on it, and the MAF was extremely clean when I looked at it and installed it in the EvoMS intake. Furthermore, the filters EvoMS is using now are not oiled.

Streaking windshield wipers are also a sign of impending IMS failure. In fact writing on the Rennlist BB is a sure sign of impending failure.
About the vibration it is probably the mods. However one thing to check is your fluid filled engine mounts. They can fail (oil leaks out) causing more vibration then "normal" to be transmitted through the chassis. Sometimes you can tell by looking at the the exhaust tips when the car is parked on a level surface. The tip on the failed side will often be noticably lower then the other.

Mine does it. It bothered me at first but now I kind of like it--it's a link back to the days when 911s were a little more raw.
I can do without the useless A/C and oil smells of yesteryear, though.
