So, basically what I'm getting from this thread is that 996 drivers listen to the music equivalent of socks in sandals

I was thinking the same thing, but too polite (until now) to say anything. Yeah, tastes in music vary wildly, but I think I've yet to hear anyone suggest any music I'd actually want to listen to. Or, for that matter, from any music actually made in this century. Even exhaust music isn't so great on the highway with the cruise control set just shy of a ticket; I can always turn the volume up with my foot and overpower the radio if I want, though

Honestly, I generally try to listen to boring news radio because my favorite music tends to make me drive a little more aggressive than I should be on public streets.
