I'm looking at a '02 C4 Cabrio in CT and getting ready to have a PPI done. I was recommended to Speed Sport Tuning in Danbury.

Does anyone know them or have an opinion of them?

I dont know them but I can recommend the Hairy Dog Garage in Oxford.

The Jacobs', who own/run Hairy Dog Garage are well known in the Conn. P-car circles. They are knowledgable and both father and son are avid racers...I would have no problem doubting their word with anything that they might find. As for Speed Sport Tuning, if this is the shop I am thinking it is, then as for Spencer...he ran the Farnbacher Loles race side of the operation before the "problems" of one of the former owners was revealed. Spencer also is an avid racer and extremely knowledgable...his shop is the exclusive shop that works on my friend's Cayman S, which has now been turned into a P-club race car...Spencer knows his stuff. Either of thses two choices would be an excellent pick.

Thanks for the help, I will let you know if I do proceed to the PPI. I'm going to look at the car tomorrow.
