I have one of these. I don't pay much attention to the numbers, but I will say that the difference was perceptible (which is all that really matters). Seat of the pants, the before vs. after was more noticeable than, for example, my Revo flash was.

For years the thought was to increase flow you had to polish the surface... When actual analysis proved a small amount of roughness did increase the fuel/air mixture.... The true porting job will remove the "AS CAST" surface and open up the ports improve flow by eliminating obstructions while maintaining a certain level of turbulence (fine balance here as too much will hinder flow as well).
