Power can be changed a little but the suspension matched to the road is the best. The car can always reach out to 170ish so staying planted on the road is the best thing
I always think of logging being the NW like Oregon. These 911 can race the logging type roads like a bat out of heck. I'm sure that isn't your plans but just to point out the car is a real performer and suspension is a great feature to maximize for planting the power the car does have available.

Thanks Pac. Actually I'm in Colorado and live at 6,500 feet so air to the engine is scarce. Looking to maximize airflow and power. I'm thinking cold-air intake and possibly ECU re-map, anyone have experience here?

I suggest driving the car with an instructor on a closed circuit = best performance mod without question.
(Ed banging his ole' drum again)
maybe some tires after that, then some suspension, brakes, and down the slippery slope you go
Welcome post some pics when you get them

Three Wheelin'
I have driven the 4S' and I think there is not that much you can add performance wise. I will say suspension will be a to do. Take the car to the track and learn about her capabilities. Then if you want to get other stuff (ie. Exhaust, CAI, etc, etc...)

Pac, you're killin' me with the Husker ref, I'm a Buff.
Thx to all for the advice; sounds like the first order of biz is to get to know 'Carrie' a little better.

I would look at a 996TT if you are going to be driving it at high elevations. TT is AWD and not that much more than good condition C4Ss. GT1 block is also a plus as well.

Carrie comes home
So I picked-up Carrie ('03 C4s) last night. She's wearing a sleek Seal Gray outfit with Savannah Beige underneath. My 40 mile drive home ended up at 80 miles. WOW. Love is a beautiful thing...
