do they have more pics of it somewhere, the drivers front lower looks like some curb rash, the hood looks a little streeked? the center console looks like its pretty worn with flakey spots
even still I think 22.5 would be low for this car

so its nice - but I saw some things to pick at and let you know
drivers sill plate heavily worn
console has lots of wear around the ashtray
looks like a scratch (see white) unser the rear deack lid about left of center (might be wax? cuz its on the lid too?)
they didnt detail the motor at all
rear seat backs look ? funny? one higher than the other ?? might not be latched?
some broken pieces under the front drovers side (plastic, consistant with my thought of curb rash - see wheel pic)
all in all I see nothing major

[I][Start with a PPI and begin your negotiations based on the results. /I]
I would do the exact opposite. Negotiate to a price you could live with (why spend money for a PPI if the dealer is unrelistic with their price). Then do a PPI and if then renegotiate if the PPI isn't good. If you spend money on a PPI first then they know you are already into the car. Remember these cars are not one of a kind. There are a TON for sale. Don't be impatient. Get what you want for the price you want. I was patient with my last car purchase and got an incredible car for an incredible price. Patience!

yea I think I agree... no sense spending $$ if in the end the dealer wont sell the car for an amount you can agree on... get the price, then state clearly - subject to PPI - the PPI somewhere else (not at that dealer) and then return with results and start to hammer them on what issues were found or walk away if the issues are too much / dealer not willing to negociate based on issues
have any / all issues priced out for repair so you know what they mean (in other words if it needs a clucth, know that will deduct $xxxx.xx from the sale price)

Make sure you really want a targa... Its a different animal than the coupe or cab. You should also take a look at the option sticker under the hood.... options make these cars really expensive.

Just out of curiosity, what makes the Targa a different animal? Does it handle differently?
