New to the rennlist
Hi all, just signed up. I have had an 01 C4 for almost a year now, and it seems like this is the place to be to get help/advice. The car is "rebuild" a mechanic friend of mine got from auction, he fixed it up asked me if i wanted to take it for a test drive and obviously i had to buy it after that.
Now that i have had the car for some time ive been itching to throw some aftermarket parts in it for a little extra juice. However i have been cruising the boards for a bit, and it seems from what ive read that id be spending alot of money for minimal power gains. So Basically i was just going to go with an exhaust for now.
Has anyone had any experience with Agency-power? Judging by the video clips i liked the sound of them the most but thats all i have to go on.
I also have a couple questions about the car.. i just replaced the maf sensor and the check engine light came on shortly after. the car is definately running a little smoother but the light is always on.
Lastly , sometimes when starting from a stopped position, when the clutch is release i hear kind of a creaking hydraulic sound.. hard to describe it is more aparent if the clutch is slipped more.

Try clearing the codes with an OBD2 reader and see if it returns..
Need more info on the clutch issue: Does the creak occur when the clutch engages? or does it sound like its coming from the pedal?

Welcome to an informative and fun forum. Before you clear your CEL, tell us what the fault code is so we can try to help you determine the reason for it. Show us some pics of your C4 Porsche. Can't help on your exhaust question.
