Default Best buy advice -- Clutch kit for 2002?

Hi, I have a 2002 3.6 and am going to do the "big list" of jobs

Can someone direct me to the lowest cost supplier of a Sachs clutch kit, (I think they are the OEM suppliers)

Will also be doing:
Air Oil Seperator
Rear main oil seal
Flat 6 IMS upgrade
Flat 6 warning system (won in Jakes Comp' )
2nd gear detent upgrade (do not know much about this)
New thermostat (thinking about Flat 6 lower temp unit -- any consensus on this?)
New water pump
New belts
Replace all coolant hoses
New plugs and filters

Doing the above because once the car is in the home workshop and up on stands I may as well do all the "usual" preventative maintenance -- car has 140,000 klms and it's not a problem being off the road for a couple of months

Any suggestions on other maintenance / upgrade items?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just found the best deal on a complete Sachs Clutch Kit which includes, pressure plate, disc, and T/O bearing for $471.56 which includes free shipping. Clutch kits for 1999-2001 996s are somewhat cheaper.

I ordered it from Auto Parts Warehouse and used their on line chat to order. The original cost was $523.95 with free shipping. Once I spoke to the on line representative I was able to get another $52.00 discount!
