yes I confirm, I am trying to find a way to get a good deal out of this hail situation. I am not the owner of the car. I was contacted by the owner and trying to see how the situation could be advantageous... or not.

My WAG is the car is worth very little. While it mechanically is ok the amount of body damage likely means the car is a total loss and since the body panels are damaged this removes a good source of a car's salvage value.
Essentially there is a donor engine, tranny, running gear, and interior pieces.
But what it is worth...? If I owned the car I'd call Oklahoma Foreign and see what someone there would offer me for the car. Be prepared to supply lots of pics. The person you talk to will describe the pic angles, etc.
The car could be a race car but it will never be a suitable street car again, unless its new owner likes driving around in a car that looks like a winner of a demolition derby.
Sincerely,
Macster.

Often times in a situation like this the ins co will total the car. The owner will be paid off, less any deductible and will often be able to buy it from the ins co for salvage. The salvage value will be determined by the ins co. This can be a very good deal for someone interested in keeping the vehicle.
Find out what this this value is from the owner and deal with him directly.

You could always just replace the glass and the broken lights and leave the rest as it is. You could enjoy driving a Porsche every day, and park it right up front without any worries about door dings!

Wow I could only imagine the pain in my stomach if I walked outside and saw my car like that. Lesson to everyone, time to clear out the 500.00 bucks worth of junk in your garage! Interested to hear the insurance salvage price. Can't be much.
