Isn't it great, I usually put my 17" all season wheels on at the same time I put the hard top on.
Feels like a totally different car - love it!

Any issues with the top being down for months, I wasn't planning on driving mine for the winter months, this would be my first winter with the car.

Is it difficult to get the hardtop on? I'm contemplating towards a convertible and need to know if this is a DIY job... I take it something needs to be fastened and locked in place getting the hardtop on...

It's simple but awkward and is a two person job unless you rig up a pulley system. The top inserts into 2 holes on the deck, you lock those down with a special tool from inside the car, and you close the latch above the windshield. Taadaa - new look for your cab. It's a no-brainer.

I love the look of with the hard top on. Pain to put on but only takes a few minutes, but you do need two people and sometimes 3 makes it much faster.

As for the top, mine looks brand new because the pervious owners never took the hard top off. (But the plastic window was replaced 3 1/2 years ago i believe.)

What color are you after? They readily available, and at good prices with a little patience.

Been after one also, although mine gets covered for winter in the garage. Ocen Blue Metallic is not an easy color to find locally.

Just find any color and then have it painted - shouldn't be a big job at all

There are probably 15-20 of them listed on eBay right now. Many of them are way overpriced. Shipping can be expensive. You can always drive to get one and mount Tito bring it home. You do need to check if you have the mounting hardware on your car ( it can be added easily if you don't) and which generation of mount is on the top and in your car (again this can be upgraded).
