Default Should I lock cams to replace tensioners?

I am planning to replace chain tensioners on my '01 3.4. Should i lock the cams in addition to locking the crank?

Lock the cams...they could turn with valve spring pressure when the chains are undone. Getting the timing correct again if they turn is something you never want to experience.
